AMD Releases New RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT Mid-Range GPUs
AMD has released two new mid-range GPUs, the Radeon RX 7700 XT and the Radeon RX 7800 XT. They were announced at Gamescom 2023 and are scheduled to be released on September 6, 2023.
The RX 7700 XT is based on the Navi 23 GPU and has 2304 stream processors. It is clocked at 2424 MHz boost clock and has a TDP of 245W. It is priced at $449.
The RX 7800 XT is also based on the Navi 23 GPU but has 2560 stream processors. It is clocked at 2589 MHz boost clock and has a TDP of 263W. It is priced at $499.
Both GPUs support PCIe 4.0 and are compatible with AMD’s Smart Access Memory technology. They are also expected to offer significant performance improvements over the previous generation of mid-range GPUs.
