Battlefield 2042 – Official Season 6 and Redux First Look Trailer was released on August 16, 2023, and it gives us a first look at the upcoming Season 6 and Redux updates for Battlefield 2042.

The trailer shows off some of the new content that will be available in Season 6, including a new map, new weapons, and new vehicles. The trailer also shows off the Redux update, which will bring back some of the most popular maps and modes from previous Battlefield games.

Season 6 is scheduled to begin on September 9, 2023, and the Redux update is scheduled to be released in October 2023.

Season 6:
- New map: Exposure: This map is set in the Canadian Rockies and features a variety of different terrain, including mountains, forests, and glaciers.
- New weapons: The M5A3 assault rifle, the PBX-45 submachine gun, and the SVK marksman rifle will be added to the game.
- New vehicles: The ZH-97 helicopter and the LYNX TD will be added to the game.
Redux:
- Six remastered maps: Caspian Border, Noshahr Canals, Operation Locker, Metro, Zavod 311, and Kiasar Railroad will be added to the game.
- Six remastered modes: Conquest Large, Rush, Domination, Team Deathmatch, Squad Deathmatch, and Hazard Zone will be added to the game.
