Devil May Cry 5: Special Edition is a standalone next-generation version of the 2019 action-adventure game Devil May Cry 5. It was released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S on November 12, 2020. The Special Edition includes a number of new features and content, including:
- Vergil as a playable character
- Turbo Mode, which increases the game speed by 20%
- Legendary Dark Knight Mode, which increases the enemy count by up to 3 times
- Three new playable songs for the Bloody Palace mode
- New costumes for Dante, Nero, V, and Trish
- New Devil Breakers for Nero
- New weapons for Dante
The Special Edition also features a number of technical improvements over the original game, including:
- 4K resolution at 60 frames per second
- Ray tracing support

If you enjoyed Devil May Cry 5, then the Special Edition is definitely worth getting. It includes a lot of new content and features that make it the definitive way to play the game.
