Pokemon Fan Builds Incredible Pokedex Game Boy DS
A Pokemon fan named tomvdcr built an incredible Pokedex Game Boy DS. They took a basic Nintendo DS Lite model and a Jakks Pacific Pokedex toy, and they were able to strip down the Pokedex and manufacture an amalgamation of the two devices to create a real-life Pokedex in DS form. It took them about 10 hours to make each one, and this is only the 12th one they have been able to make so far.
The Pokedex is a fictional electronic device that appears in the Pokemon franchise. It is used by Pokemon trainers to catalog and learn about the different Pokemon species. The Pokedex in the real world is a handheld device that can play Pokemon games from every era up to Generation 5. It also features a flip screen from a Game Boy Advance SP, and its buttons are color-coordinated to resemble the iconic Kanto region Pokedex.
