Pokemon GO Confirms September 2023 Community Day Classic Pokemon
Charmander, the Fire-type starter Pokemon from the original Pokemon games, will be the featured Pokemon for the September 2023 Community Day Classic event in Pokemon GO. The event will take place on Saturday, September 2, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time.
During the event, Charmander will appear more frequently in the wild, and Trainers will have a higher chance of encountering a Shiny Charmander. Trainers can also evolve a Charmeleon into a Charizard during the event to learn the special moves Dragon Breath and Blast Burn.
In addition to the increased spawns and special moves, the September 2023 Community Day Classic event will also feature:
- 3x Stardust for catching Pokemon
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours
- Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours
- Take a few snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!
The September 2023 Community Day Classic event is a great opportunity for Trainers to catch a Shiny Charmander and evolve it into a powerful Charizard. Be sure to mark your calendars and join in on the fun!
