Possible Grand Theft Auto 6 Release Plans Teased by Take-Two
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick has once again hinted at the potential release window for Grand Theft Auto 6 in an interview with CNBC. He said that the company is “confident” in its ability to deliver “record levels of operating performance” in fiscal year 2025, which begins April 1, 2024. This suggests that GTA 6 could be released sometime during that fiscal year, between April 2024 and March 2025.
This is not the first time that Zelnick has hinted at a 2024 or 2025 release window for GTA 6. In an interview with The New York Times in February, he said that the game was “well underway” and that he expected it to be “one of the most important games in the history of our company.”
Of course, it’s important to remember that these are just hints and nothing has been officially confirmed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two. However, the fact that Zelnick is talking about GTA 6 in such a positive light suggests that the game is indeed nearing completion and that a release in the next few years is very likely.
The game has been highly anticipated for years, and it’s sure to be a massive hit when it finally does arrive. So while we wait for more official news, let’s all keep our fingers crossed that GTA 6 will be released sometime in 2024 or 2025.
