Splatoon 3 gets a new trailer and release date

The third installment in the popular third-person shooter series, Splatoon 3, has a new trailer and a release date of September 9, 2023. The trailer showcases new gameplay features, such as the ability to ride on special inkrails and to use a new weapon called the bow. It also shows off the new Splatfest mode, which will pit teams of Inklings and Octolings against each other in a battle to see who can cover the most turf in their team’s color.

Splatoon 3 is set in the aftermath of the events of Splatoon 2, and it will feature a new story mode, as well as new multiplayer modes. The game will also introduce a new type of ink called “octobrush ink,” which will allow players to create special structures.
