Titanfall: Expedition

Titanfall: Expedition is the first downloadable content pack for the 2014 first-person shooter game Titanfall. It was released on May 15, 2014 for the Xbox One and PC, and on June 10, 2014 for the Xbox 360.

The Expedition DLC pack includes three new maps:

  • Swampland: A swampy map set on an uncharted world.
  • Runoff: A water-filled map set in a mining colony.
  • War Games: A training facility map set in an IMC military base.

The DLC pack also includes two new Titan skins:

  • Warpaint: A camouflage skin for the Titan.
  • Expedition: A desert-themed skin for the Titan.

In addition to the new maps and skins, the Expedition DLC pack also includes a number of balance changes and bug fixes.

The Expedition DLC pack was met with positive reviews from critics. IGN gave the DLC pack a score of 8.5 out of 10, praising the new maps and the balance changes. GameSpot gave the DLC pack a score of 8 out of 10, calling it “a solid expansion that adds some much-needed variety to Titanfall.”

The Expedition DLC pack was a commercial success, selling over 1 million copies in its first week of release.

Titanfall: Expedition was removed from sale in December 2021 due to a number of game-disrupting hacks and DDOS attacks. Respawn Entertainment and publisher Electronic Arts decided to delist the game in order to focus on fixing the security issues and ensuring that the game was playable for all players.

The Expedition DLC pack is no longer available for purchase, but it can still be played by players who have already purchased it.
