The Way of the Hunter: Tikamoon Plains – Official Launch Trailer was released on August 20, 2023, during the THQ Nordic Digital Showcase. The trailer gives us a first look at the new Tikamoon Plains DLC for the hunting simulator Way of the Hunter.

The trailer shows off the game’s new African environments, including lush grasslands and riverside forests in the southeast, to arid savannahs with scattered trees and bushes, to the mountainous and desert regions in the west of Tikamoon Plains. Players will be able to track and hunt a variety of new animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras.

The trailer also shows off some of the new gameplay features in Tikamoon Plains, including:

• New hunting grounds: Players will be able to explore five new hunting grounds in Tikamoon Plains, each with its own unique challenges and rewards.
• New animals: Players will be able to track and hunt a variety of new animals in Tikamoon Plains, including lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras.
• New weapons and equipment: Players will be able to use new weapons and equipment in Tikamoon Plains, including a variety of rifles, shotguns, and bows.
• New challenges: Players will be able to face new challenges in Tikamoon Plains, such as tracking and hunting dangerous animals in open terrain.

The trailer ends with a call to action, inviting players to experience the new Tikamoon Plains DLC for Way of the Hunter. Tikamoon Plains is now available for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

I’m definitely looking forward to playing Tikamoon Plains when it comes out. It looks like a great expansion for Way of the Hunter, with new environments, animals, and challenges. I’m particularly interested in the game’s new African setting, and I think it will be a lot of fun to track and hunt lions, elephants, giraffes, and zebras. I’m also excited to see how the new challenges will change the way I play the game.
