Xbox Highlights 11 Big Games Coming to the Console This Month

There are 11 big games coming to Xbox consoles this month of September 2023:

• Starfield – A sci-fi RPG from Bethesda Game Studios, the makers of Skyrim and Fallout. It is set in the year 2330 and allows players to explore a vast galaxy full of planets, moons, and space stations.
• Mythforce – A roguelike co-op shooter inspired by the 80s cartoon Dungeons & Dragons. Players can choose from a variety of heroes and battle their way through procedurally generated dungeons.
• The Crew Motorfest – A new expansion for the racing game The Crew 2. It adds new vehicles, tracks, and challenges to the game.
• Gloomhaven – A tabletop RPG adaptation that brings the popular board game to life. Players can choose from a variety of characters and work together to complete quests.
• Lies of P – A Soulslike game set in a Pinocchio-inspired world. Players take on the role of Pinocchio and must battle their way through a dark and twisted world.
• Mortal Kombat 1 – A reboot of the popular fighting game franchise. It features a new story mode and a roster of classic and new characters.
• Party Animals – A Gang Beasts-style party game where players can battle each other in a variety of chaotic arenas.
• Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty – A new expansion for the open-world RPG Cyberpunk 2077. It adds new quests, weapons, and customization options to the game.
• El Paso, Elsewhere – A third-person shooter game set in a post-apocalyptic world. Players take on the role of a bounty hunter who must track down and kill a group of criminals.
• Cocoon – A mysterious puzzle adventure game from the creators of Inside and Limbo. Players must solve puzzles and explore a strange and beautiful world.
• EA Sports FC 24 – The first non-FIFA branded soccer game from EA. It features all the same gameplay features as FIFA, but with a new name and branding.

In addition to these 11 games, there are also a number of other smaller games and indie titles releasing on Xbox consoles this month.

• Avowed – A first-person RPG from Obsidian Entertainment, the studio behind The Outer Worlds. It is set in a fantasy world and allows players to create their own character.
• Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II – The sequel to the critically acclaimed action-adventure game. It is being developed by Ninja Theory, the studio behind Heavenly Sword and DmC: Devil May Cry.
• Everwild – A new IP from Rare, the studio behind Sea of Thieves. It is a mysterious game that is described as a “natural adventure game”.
• Forza Motorsport – The next installment in the popular racing game series. It is being developed by Turn 10 Studios and is set to be released in October 2023.
